Round worm, common in chickens. I would worm with Safeguard liquid goat wormer (fenbendazole) or Valbazen (albendazole). Safeguard is often easier to find, Valbazen uses a smaller dose.

Safeguard dose I use for roundworms is .5ml per 2.2 pounds of weight, and repeat that dose in 10 days. My 'average' sized birds get a 1.5 ml dose.
If you use Valbazen the dose is .2ml per 2.2 pounds of weight, so about .6ml for an average bird. Again, repeat in 10 days.
I close them in the coop for the night, and go out early in the AM and climb in the coop, dose each individually and put them out as they are dosed until everyone is done and out. I have 1/2 the number you do.
