Worming advice

Looking for advice on treatment for Silkies using Piperazine 52. What's the recommended dosage and I've been seeing mixed answers as to how long they are treated for.

Unclear if my flock has worms but I have some that I've have quarentined for a while for a respritory infection that's cleared up. They are thin and and I've been feeding scrambled eggs daily and adding chick starter to their layer feed in hopes they'll gain weight and no signs of that. One of them is shaking its head to the side and they're exhibiting other symptoms of worms. Wanting to de-worm my whole flock as a precaution and in hopes this will be the answer and haven't de-wormed before so I am sure it will only be good for them as we have had most of our chickens for 2 years (with the expection of these younger new quarentined ones)

Do they still sell piperazine in Canada?
They quit down here I think last year.

They still have it up in Canada. It's been gone here in the U.S. for several years. It was a good large roundworm flush.
