Worming just one chicken

I only have one hen right now and I think she needs to be wormed. I have wazine, but I am not sure about the dosage for just one hen. She's not drinking a lot of water right now so I need to find something else to put it in, like a treat. I know she'll only need a few drops. Any ideas?

I use Flubenvet, which is a powder. I slit open a raisin and put a small pinch inside. They swallow it whole.
The only problem is if, like me, you have more than one hen you have to make sure that one of them does not snatch someone else's dose out of your hand.
