How often do you worm your flock, and what is the best wormer to buy?

Any suspicious evidence in the form of stools on the ground that look to have worms or eggs I scoop the suspicious parts from the freshest stools into a clean yogurt cup (don't care if it gets thrown away vs expensive tupperware), get it to the vet within 30 minutes and on ice if it is hot in the car...wait for the results and proceed accordingly.
