Worm or egg membrane?

Does this look like a worm, or like an egg membrane (like she didn’t finish making her egg)?
I do see her bum is a little messy, I think that’s related to whatever this is. None of my other chickens have a messy backside.

She’s a 1year old Rhode Island Red.

Editing to add- we googled worms might be segmented. This is smooth, no segments. She removed it from herself by snagging it on a weed. It tore very easily.

Looks like a membrane to me.

I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week, see if shell quality improves.
