The Moonshiner's Leghorns

My husband made dinner the other night - baked brie with apples in a brown butter sauce. He said, "I apologize for it being light on vegetables." I said, "By that you mean entirely lacking in vegetables?" I mean, it was delicious but it was not a dinner, it was a dessert.
I've had dessert before dinner in the past sometimes. How about leftover pizza for breakfast, and omelets for dinner?

I had a tuna salad sandwich my first day or two here

I have no problem with having either of those - I do have a problem with only having sweets for dinner. I need substantial food at night or I lay awake all night feeling hungry.

Delicious, but not an adequate dinner. It was like having a candy bar for dinner.
Too much sugar isn't good for you. It can flip you into being a diabetic like it did to my husband with his chocolate candy bar addiction.
