Their only hosts are bugs so don't worry

That's what I was thinking they might be. Cause i saw they show up after rainfall. And so far that's been the case. So hopefully just wondering why these ones are more clearish redish?

How big is this bowl, why not just dump and refill it daily.

Just like a dog bowl. I do that but I have that outside for them. The ducks have a pool I refill everyday. The chickens have several bowls. And the Quail have so too. I try to refill all their water every morning but it's hard to do that multiple times a day while I'm still doing other stuff in my day to day life

I put a capful of bleach in my waterer, it kills mosquitos and doesn’t bother the chickens. I don’t know if it would be strong enough to kill whatever those are, though.

I didn't even know that was a thing. I had to look it up. That would work great for the chickens thanks. Now to think of something for the ducks and quail hmmmm

Probably cuz they were drinking the host's blood and you can see thru it?
