worms or is this normal poop for week old chick?

4 pullets I have in a plastic tote, feeding medicated starter. Their poops have changed from I would consider a normal looking poop to what looks to be a worm but it doesnt move. Its the consistency almost of a Ramen noodle , would appreciate any help or feedback raising chicks is something im new at

. All 4 eat well and seem happy

Ive just got newspaper down , i change a few times a day

Well if they are under six weeks of age you can't worm them. It might be a change in food cause a upset stomach and your must have grit.
