Worms or twine?

The manufacturer (Fleming Labs) discontinued producing it. I dont know if it was due to new FDA regs or not, but it wouldnt surprise me.

It was a good wormer and worked as a large roundworm flush. But that was the only poultry worm that it treated. It doesnt treat for capillary, cecal, eyeworm, gapeworm nor gizzard worms. Tapeworms neither.

If there are Wazine bottles out there, they are expired and would be ineffective treating for large roundworms.

Maybe you can help me. I definitely have round worms, and I bought a bottle of Wazine. I am putting it in their water but they say 2 gallons can treat 100 chickens I only have 35. I gave it to them this afternoon. Should I just leave in there for 24 hours and then dump the rest? The bottle makes it sound like they would drink it all but I have way less chickens, plus my waterer is a 5 gallon bucket with self filling cups so i think maybe a half gallon needed just to get to the point where it fills. TIA for any help you can give me.
Safe-Guard labeled for goats in a liquid form or labeled for horses in a paste form will work. Both sold at most feed stores.

With 35 birds, I'd go with Valbazen. The 500ml bottle will be more than enough for the two dosings. You gotta do 5 dosings with the 125ml bottle Safeguard goat wormer for 35 birds, you're going to run out of it.
