Worms or unprocessed food? [Poop pic]

3 week old goslings have been having diarrhea for a week or so now. But this is the first I noticed something that kinda looks like a worm, they're on pellets though so it's hard to tell.

Do you even deworm geese??

If they were worms, you would've been able to see them moving. I don't see anything that stands out to me as worms. Sometimes food does pass through still whole. Things like seeds, maybe from plants they have eaten.
