Please help! I’ve found what appears to be worms in a poop today. My flock free ranges full time. I’ve noticed a lot of wet poops lately but I thought maybe it was because many are molting. Please advise!

How old are your birds?
That's quite abit of intestinal shedding.

We have a mixed age flock. We have 4 we raised from chicks that are 9 months and we have several “rescue hens” that range from 2 yr - 5 years old. They have been with us only a few months and have already had several issues.

Has the whole flock been pooping like that?

That is intestinal shed, not worms, but that's a lot of shed. Do you have a vet that will do a fecal test for you? Sometimes a worm load can cause droppings like that (you will not necessarily see any worms) so the fecal would answer that as an issue. Not a normal dropping and if you are seeing more than just occasional then it does need to be figured out. In young birds, coccidiosis can cause it also, the fecal would also ID that.
