Worms?? **poop pic**

My 10 week old EE is not acting right, she is lethargic, not eating really good, seems to be losing weight and I've noticed her itching around her vent. I've checked her for mites and lice and cannot see any bugs on her at all. Could it be worms? Here's a picture of her poop. What are the little white things in it??

They won't let me bring just a sample in. They want me to bring the chicken in for a full exam....$75 for exam and test!
Now my other chicken is acting strange. She is panting and stretching her neck with her mouth open wide

I'm new to chickens and I'm getting very discouraged.

I suggest trying another vet. I managed to convince a vet to do a fecal float (finally) by telling him my chickens names lol. He was the 4th vet I called. It cost $30 and I live in Canada so likely cheaper for you. Only other suggestion I have is to add ice to your water and a fan if possible to rule out over heating for your second bird. Chicken keeping does get easier with time
