11 week old speckled Sussex that has had sour crop that I just can’t get rid of. While I was throwing her up this came up. Is it a worm? If so what kind? Could this be the cause?

I don't know what type of worm that is - hopefully @dawg53 or @Eggcessive may recognize it if Kathy doesn't respond. Maybe some type of maggot ?

That came up while vomiting her along with the grass/yuck in the photo? I would be inclined to think she has an impaction/blockage of grass/food that has gone sour. Did she have a source of grit (crushed granite available)?
When you massage the crop, what does it feel like?

Have you wormed her before - if so what did you use?
What other treatments for the sour crop have you tried?

If she is packed up with grass or other materials, it's going to be hard to effectively treat the sour crop. I would cage her and put her on puppy pads so she doesn't have access to grass, litter or anything else she should not be eating at this time.

She needs water available at all times, massage the crop to see if you can feel where the blockage may be. Treat according to the instructions in this article http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatments

I have never seen anything like that. It looks like a cross between a tapeworm segment and a bean sprout, LOL. I would trust what Dawg53 says—he has seen more than I have, concerning worms and most chicken things.
