Well I wouldn’t eat that egg and would just open the rest into a little dish before you use them. But you could be understandably too grossed out to use the rest. I certainly wouldn’t eat them raw though. Not that batch!

It does look like a roundworm of some sort. Yuck!
I'd worm the flock myself, just because. i would have fecals run first, to see if there's anything else there, because it matters for dosing the fenbendazole correctly.
And cooking will kill it, but I wouldn't eat it anyway. That's why cracking each egg into a separate dish before using is best!

I do see a very thin something there when I zoom in on my tablet . My desktop wont let me zoom in like that and I wouldnt be able to see it on it. If that is a worm, it isnt an ascarid but appears to be a hairworm.

About roundworms: this is a broad category (Nematodes) that includes Ascarids, Capillaria, Heterachis, and some others, all 'roundworms' of one sort or another. Cestodes include tapeworms and flatworms.
One whole miserable year of parasitology! I do remember some of it, although my spelling skills aren't so hot.

I think I'll just worM for some peace of mind. I have a 2 year old hen, one that may be older and a one year old BCM hen.
Anything you guys suggest from TSC?
Preferably something that kills a broad range of worms.

Fenbendazole, and the dosage varies, depending on exactly what you are treating. There's a thread about it here somewhere... I think that @casportpony has something about it.

There are so many different doses to use, just depends on what worms you have. If you want to treat as many worms as possible, get Safeguard and give it for 5 consecutive days. I know that 0.23 ml per pound for five days will treat large roundworms, cecal worms, capillary worms, gizzard worms, and possible some species of tapeworms.

But honestly, it really would be best to have some poop tested before you de-worm.

Plan to weigh at least your largest and smallest birds to figure out dosages, and give to each bird individually. Do it at night when they are roosting, with a small flashlight, and hopefully with a helper!
It will not be a lot of fun! Wear a face mask, in case you do end up having a rodeo out there!
