Now I'm seeing blood as well. Would worms cause that too?

What you are seeing is intestinal shed, and yes the roundworm may be the cause. Increased intestinal shed is one of the signs in my flock that I recognize. I deal with roundworm a lot, I have to worm regularly. Roundworm is easily picked up in the environment, the eggs survive a long time, so reinfection is common.

I noticed a few pink droppings the other day. I was watching them carefully. They weren't blood red, but they were pink. I did wonder if it was worms or Coccidiosis. Today I have the answer...
They're also being treated for scaly leg mites.
I will go ahead and order the medicine once I get the chance. I've moved their run so they're on grass.
I don't know if there's a withdrawal period for that medication, but I'll probably feed any eggs I get back to them.

Worms can cause blood in feces, large roundworms (if there's enough of them) and definitely capillary worms. Dont worry though, Flubendazole will take care of both.
