Worms?

Is this a worm? Just found this in with my new baby chicks!

It’s not very big but it is big for a tiny baby

And a few of them have runny poop… is there something I should give them? I’ve never had these problems before… they seem fine… some may be a little more sleepy than I’m used to

Do you have a heat lamp or heat plate for them? They need it til they are about 5 weeks old, before that they can't regulate their body temperature without it. Being too hot or too cold can cause runny droppings, pasty butt, etc. I agree, that is just a dropping.
