If she is having a reproductive issue, the inflammation could cause her crop to back up.

I would start with the above info to try and clear her crop.
Have you tried scrambled egg or plain yogurt? Sometimes mine like some oatmeal mixed in the moistened feed.

After thinking about it a little more it could be lash material if she hasn't been making shells for some of the eggs.

I have one that has a bit of a problem with shells. So every week I just give her some extra calcium/d3. Recently she pushed out a soft egg and got a vent prolapse. While cleaning her up she passed some lash material. Several of mine also had doughy crop. So I did a course of Acidified Copper Sulfate in their water. It will take care of an e coli infection if you catch it quick enough. So far my girl is fine and I haven't seen any lash or other bad symptoms.
 
It does look like Lash Material which is Salpingitis. This is inflammation of the oviduct, so it can happen at any age. E. Coli infection or history of respiratory disease that affects the reproductive system can be a couple of common causes. More info in the links below.

I agree, I'd give her extra Calcium for a week, this may help push out some material, but Calcium will not cure the condition. 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily, directly into the beak.

I'd consider treating with an antibiotic. Amoxicillin, Tetracyclines and Baytril could be used. Antibiotics are not a cure, but can help with infection and inflammation.
You may find that she has a chronic problem for all her life, hard to know. Symptoms may come and go, she may even lay normal eggs for periods of time, only to begin a decline once again and have to be treated. Time will tell.

Work on the crop - it's not uncommon for there to be crop symptoms when there's something else going on within the body and/or reproductive problems.

I’m leaning toward this being the case. She’s being very picky, but has stuck mostly with plain Greek yogurt. She has lost weight because of it and I know adding that to the mix only makes matters 10x worse. Where would I find acidified c. sulfate? Also, I am struggling to empty her crop. There are just a few bits that are being stubborn. I feel like I’m running out of time due to her weighlose. She is an olive egger and at 5 months wasn’t much to begin with.

Do you happen to have any Meloxicam or something in that family of anti-inflammatories? Some people have it around from the vet for dogs etc. You can order it from a pet med company in Canada without an RX. But it took almost 2 weeks to get it when I ordered it. I just got it to have on hand so the time frame wasn't an issue for me.

If you can get the inflammation down it might make her feel more like eating and help with the crop. But it's good that it's mostly clear.

Aspirin might help with inflammation. You could try a low dose aspirin when she eats something so it's not just sitting in her system.

I do have baby asprin. Would one of the tabs be ok? Also, what is ACS? 🤔
