Worms?

I just found this when cleaning my coop. Should I treat with Elector PSP?

I don't see any worms but if you have concerns, I dont think elector psp will treat worms.

So, the color really threw me off! And I zoomed in and thought I saw a worm on top of the yellow on the right.

Elector PSP is for treating lice or mites on the body of chickens. The yellow could be egg yolk material, and I see white urates with the dropping.
