How many day do I need to put garlic in the water? Do I dump the unranked water out every day and replace it with fresh garlic water.

The best way to prevent worms is to clean up the poop often.

In any case, if you suspect worms....I think a float test is in order to find out if there are worms, and if so, which ones. Then treat.

They are long,white and look like spaghetti.

You are dealing with large roundworms. Disregard all the products mentioned in this thread, none of them treat nor eliminate worms.
Purchase Valbazen liquid wormer and administer it orally to each chicken 1/2ml (5lb bird) using a syringe without a needle. Repeat dosing in 10 days. Here's where you can buy it:

I appreciate the feedback, I will do more research in this area.

I've done enough research to know that while both garlic and squash seeds do have mild anthelmintic properties but the amounts required to even reduce the parasite number by an appreciable level are either toxic or harmful to the chicken.

I will reiterate what others have said, garlic will do nothing to rid your birds of worms, love @sourland response! Safeguard or Valbazen are the dewormers of choice!

The dosage is higher and longer treatment period with Safeguard liquid goat wormer. That's why I prefer Valbazen.
