Worried about 3-week old Ameracauna chick--walking funny, bad balance

Here is our little namesake, Primrose! She's a 3-week Ameracauna chick and she's walking super funny all of a sudden.

She waddles, her body swaying side to side, and stumbles easily. She is still interested in eating and she lives in a bin on pine shavings with our 4 other chicks. She tends to vocalize a lot though, almost as though she's upset about something. This isn't new behavior, but the waddling is. Her outer toe seems to splay out.
Here's a closeup of her feet. To me they don't really look funky, but what do I know.

She's also about half the size of the other chickens. I know she'll be smaller than the others (they are: 1 Rhode Island Red, 1 Barred Plymouth Rock, 1 Dominique, and 1 Buff Orpington) but still, she doesn't really seem to be growing much.

Any thoughts?? I'd post pics, of which I have many, but since I'm a newbie, it won't let me.

Here's a pic of Prim from the 15th--she was standing just fine. Now she doesn't stand up like this, she waddles around with her belly almost on the floor.

Her feet are also grayish now, not yellowish like in this pic.
