Worried about 5 day old chick

Thanks . I can contact them but they only offer refund or replacement after a loss of 48 hours after shipping and she died 4 days after they arrived. Right now I am focused on keeping the others healthy.

I just lost one of my CL s last night too. I've had them 1 week . Mine seemed fine and them she just slowed down and finally died. I'm hoping its not from cocci , my other 3 chicks seem fine . Should I treat for cocci or Waite it out???
