Worried about chick

I have 10 chicks about 5 weeks old and all of a sudden one of them is going around pulling out the feathers of the others and eating them....what should I do...is this normal...I can tell it hurts the others and why would she be eating feathers?

Thank you for responding...sorry for not getting back sooner. They are getting 18% starter...she is the only one pulling feathers but any of them will eat them if they get them from the puller... She was ok yesterday evening when I put them all back into the brooder but just started up again so I have separated her for a while...not sure what to do...but thank you for your input...
