Silkies in general are not as cold hardy (or wet hardy for that matter). But you can do some things to help out with that. Make sure that they can get out of the elements. Also I put down either wood chips, straw, or pallets for them to get up and out of the mud and slush. Also I have roosting poles outside for them to get up on. Other than that my silkies seems to do just fine.
