Worried About My New Venture

I have 5 hens. All are approximately 24-5 weeks old. They seem to be very healthy, happy girls. We still have no eggs. Should I be panicking? Three Buff Orpingtons. 1 Aracona and 1 Cherry Egger.

You don't say whether or not you have recently acquired these pullets. If so a temporary break in egg laying is not at all unusual. They are right about the age when they might start laying, but chickens mature at varying rates. You have nothing to be panicked about.

They were about 8 weeks when I go them.

Ours were 27 and 30 weeks before they started laying.
