Worried about my turkey and her water consumption

My turkey dandelion is a little over a year old and I’m worried about her water consumption.
Now where I’m at we are going through an annoying heat wave so all of my flock is suffering but I’m worried about dandelion in particular since I never see her drinking and she’s always panting, sometimes has her wings done and a little diarrhea (common signs of dehydration.) I don’t know if she’s just drinking when I’m not around or something but I’m worried, I replace her 5 waterers with ice multiple times since the heat right now is 90-100 but she just isn’t drinking around me.

The only time I see her get any time of hydration is when I give her watermelon or other frozen fruit treats but they are only treats so I should only give her so much to consume before it becomes an unhealthy choice. I also ran out of my electrolyte packets so I’m planning on getting more soon.

Today I keep replacing the water, I even put her in a wet towel for a few minutes to help cool her off and keep wetting the ground with the hose but I feel like I’m not doing enough since she’s still always panting.

She is still eating just fine and I keep bringing her food wet for the extra hydration, she is eating a lot so I guess that’s a good sign but water is definitely more important than food.

Any suggestions on what I should do? I’m definitely buying more electrolyte packets and even an overhead sprinkler system to keep my birds cool but they all seem miserable. What do you guys do to keep your flock from panting all day? I’m honestly trying but it seems like nothing is working.

By the way I don’t have an ideal spot to put her really unless she gets really really hot.
