Worried about one of our chickens...

Hi all,
Just coming in with an update and hoping to get some opinions.
So Moira is going on day 4 of her illness. Up until yesterday all we could see that she had eaten were some fresh greens and a little bit of banana (miniscule amount, really). At the suggestion of some of you here we started her on an antibiotic. The person we spoke with at the local farmer's co-op thought tetracycline would be a good start. We have also started the rest of the flock on a treatment as well, although so far none of them have shown any symptoms. It seems Moira has drank some water on her own and yesterday I prepared a scrambled egg for her which she seems to have eaten over half of as of this evening. Her stool remains mostly liquid, but now has formed bits in it. The only other observation we have there is that when she has a poop, she makes what sounds like an uncomfortable cluck. Her normal "b*tchy" demeanor has returned quite a bit, however, she mostly just sits there acting the same as in the video I originally posted. She obviously gets up throughout the day since there is poop all over the crate and she's never in the same place when we check on her.

My questions are this:
I am having a hard time figuring out how to properly feed and water her... i.e. how much time should I spend and how much water and food should I try to give her at a time? And then, what if she doesn't improve? She certainly doesn't seem too uncomfortable, but we don't want her starving to death and we certainly don't want to euthanize her if there is a chance she'll get better?

Again, any help/opinions would be lovely!

The next time you see her, see if she can stand or walk by lifting her up. Chickens need about 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of weight every 6-8 hours. If she isn't eating well, you could try tube feeding her. With a piece of aquarium tubing and a 35 or 600 ml syringe, it is possible. Here is a link to read about tube feeding: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/805728/go-team-tube-feeding

She can definitely stand and walk on her own... And thanks for the water recommendations!
