I have 11 eggs on lockdown on day 20 and a few hours ago I woke up and found 1 chick had hatched and is doing well but is knocking and rolling the other eggs around moving where I have marked the air cells. Is that good or bad?

It is what it is. The early hatchers love to play egg soccer. Usually, it's a non issue, and there's little you can do to stop it. One year, I had a chick who was having a hard time getting out of the egg b/c of the early birds. So, eventually, I put the little egglet in a tupperware container. She then hatched within a few minutes, and hopped over the side of the tupperware to join the rest of the rowdies.

after mine rest and dry out a bit, I move each to the brooder box. Just open the incubator quickly to remove the chick and lock it back down. usually within a few hours {3-4}. I have found many have different opinions on just how long to leave them, but that works for me...
