Worried first timer

I recently hatched 12 quail eggs and 7 hatched on my first try it is day 3 and one of my quail had a bloody cut on its knee it is always itchy it’s self. This chick is smaller than the others and did struggle getting out of the egg, a piece of the shell and membrane was stuck to it after hatching but it eventually came off. I wonder did he/she get it from the other chicks pecking

It's possible. The best thing to do is to keep an eye on them and separate the bully for a while.
