My 2 year old Hen has stayed inside the coop and will not come out, she is not broody she is just stood inside the coop, can anyone help?

She may be afraid of something? Predator? Rooster? Bullying?

Has she any symptom?
Does she eat and drink normally?

The weather has been quite bad the last few weeks but this does not usually bother her, she did have some diarrhoea but we put a little Apple Cider Vinegar in her water and this subsided, today she just stood in the coop with her tail down.

Not sure how do I find out? She did start laying again after a moult but has now stopped so this could be the problem, thank you for replying.
