For me to is the full head fluff with little to no comb showing.

The crest (head feathers) is round and fluffy, look at the difference in my rooster and hen.

Mine aren't pure bred, the rooster has a straight comb so there is some other genetics in there somewhere. Still beautiful birds tho!
