Would an all rooster flock be less aggressive?

My 7 year old daughter really wants “a long/tailed rooster” (Phoenix). Do you think a small all-rooster flock would tend to be less aggressive towards people since they have no hens to protect?
 
Not really.
Aggressiveness is often taught by coddling, petting and holding them when young. They get too comfortable with you and don't respect you later.
Long tailed breeds are often flighty and skittish, and are prone to Aggressiveness, hens or not. they aren't pets.

I doubt that would be the case. They might be even more aggressive.

That makes sense. We’ll stick with Orpington and silkie hens..
