I got 2 of these from tractor supply out of a batch of mixed breed ducks.

My guess is Welsh Harlequin.

It looks like a Welsh harlequin to me too. But I have a hard time believing they would be at tractor supply. They just aren't that common.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that it is one for you.
