My cats have eaten baby poultry. They have eaten 8 week old poultry. They haven't eaten full grown Khaki Campbells or Mallards. Would they eat full grown Call Ducks.

Would they "eat" ducks? Maybe not...but they could easily kill a duck out of instinct. And maybe your cats are not hunters, but there are certainly hunter cats.

I treat my fencing as 99% to keep varmints OUT & 1% to keep my call ducks in.

Well if your cats are the type to hunt your ducks then i would be very concerned. My farm cat doesn't, and yes he's been around ducklings, he has no interest.

Calls are highly pred prone, they fly very, very, well, which is basically the only line of defense they have. It's probably the #1 cause of loss with calls, there miniature size and highly pitched tone of the female, only magnifies that.

My calls are penned.

Okay, it was you who said this in my post about what other duck breeds I should get, "everyone needs a hollering female call." But all my ducks are going to be free ranging. If they're an easy target for a farm cat (I would get them pinioned most likely), I just won't get them.
