Someone gave me some Bulghur (crashed wheat). Now the thing is that I found some worms in it, so I won't eat it. Is it OK to give it to my flock?

If it's moth larvae (Cream/white, soft, and visible catterpillar legs) then feed them, it's protein! Just make sure the wheat isn't moldy.
