We already have local codes that allow two hens per household. BYC has great advice and articles and essays on how to change laws from No Chickens Allowed. I'd like to see some stories about how codes were changed to increase the maximum number of hens allowed. Anyone have any experience with this sort of issue? Two chickens is hardly a sociable flock.
