would like to make space for poop boards, pics included

Any ideas on how I could rearrange the roosts to make a poop board??
It would probably save on the wood chips alot eh?
This is not the greatest picture to work with but If I have to I can go in and take more

To me eyes, any poo board is going to severely inhibit access to the door. I'd move the roost.

Yup, move the roost. Can you move it near to the people access door? That way it will make it easy for you to access the poop board for cleaning. Another option would be to use a removeable tray to collect the poop, like I do:

I use plastic boot trays. They're light, easy to pull out and dump/scrape the contents into our composter. Then I hose the tray off and replace it in the coop. Most of the poo just rolls right off the plastic, and what doesn't roll off comes off with water.

ok so here are all 4 corner's of the coop

the first pic, has the window and entrance to the run

opposite from the run entrance is the feed bin thingie

the main door and nestboxes

opposite side the main door
