Would my eggs starting at 96 degrees for the first 2 days kill them?

They were at about 96 degrees for the first 2 days, maybe a little warmer. Would that just have slowed the growth or killed them? They are duck eggs.

That just slowed the growth. 2 days at that temp shouldn't be a problem. Any longer at a low temp (below 95) will cause some organs to develop at a different rate than others resulting in embryo death deeper into incubation.
High temperature is much more damaging.
