That is a still air incubator

those incubator are not very easy to control

most of us use the air flow incubator

What is your temperature and humidity?

The thermometer it right ontop of the eggs, both thermometers say right about 99.5 degrees f . I filled the pan at the bottom with water like the instructions said. Not sure on the EXACT humidity though.

You can make one out of a cooler for around $75. Just go on youtube and there is all kinds of videos on how to make one.

The best one is from Rush Lane Poultry. He goes through each step in about four videos. My works great. I have hatched about 200 quail and 10 chickens , I just started with the chickens. I had 12 eggs and got 10 to hatch so that a prettt good hatch rate.
