Would this be considered a Splash Silkie?

This is my Silkie Roo. I know he's probably not great quality, but to me he's special. He can't help it if he's a little different. What color would he be considered? And his cone.. it looks somewhat odd, is that normal?

Oh, as for the comb, I don't think that is the right type, it almost looks like a walnut (silkie comb) mixed with a rosecomb?

I have a silkie rooster with a comb like that.... except its even bigger than yours. His name is goober. I will try to get a picture of him tomarrow.
