would this be good for hatching duck/quail eggs ?

How far apart are they set though? If its only a couple days, you'd probably be okay not turning them, but I'm not positive. I'd post something on the incubation page.
 
They should be fine then with not turning them. Go three days from when the first is due to hatch and do lock down. The others will be fine without the turning.
 
i just smashed all the quail eggs and the duck eggs it was just yoke

when i smashed 1 of my duck eggs there was a little blood on the yoke so i dont know if it was starting 2 developing

im haveing 2 silke hens in about 4 weeks enyway ill try hatch duck eggs under them

Well nice try with the incubator anyway.
I think you will have sucess with the silkies, they are supposed to be super broody!! The only problem I heard of with them is ducklings getting caught in their feathers! Probably doesn't happen very often.
