Would this guy be considered lemon blue

this is the product of a Splash Copper Marans Rooster(clean legged) over a Lemon Blue Cochin hen!

Crossed with a Cochin and has that little feathering on the legs??


Lemon Blue is basically Brown-Red or Black Copper with blue and no mahogany, so, you might consider him that, yes. Personally he just looks like a really sun-bleached blue to me though.

yeah the splash copper Roo was clean legged and he has always had that color of buff in his feathers since he was just young
