Would this make an acceptable brooder?

Hi Friends!

We are incubating/hatching our first set of babies. I'm a new chicken mama as I've only had my chickens for a year now.

I said incubating/hatching because we gave our broody Leghorn Betty White 7 eggs to sit on, and we are incubating 8 inside, purely because the guy who sold us the eggs told us he wasn't sure how many would actually be fertile because he only had one rooster. (Surprise, they all are lol) They're silkie eggs :)

I am creating an indoor brooding pen for them (we have about a week before they should hatch according to my research) and I found this. Would this be a suitable breeding pen for anywhere from 5-15 babies, at least for a few weeks (I know they'll probably need an upgraded space after a bit)? It's a big jump in numbers in case Betty rejects them and because we don't know how many will make it.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I've heard of a lot of people use those for brooders, but that one's pretty small. We have one we take the bottom out of and put in the yard for them to get some sunshine and that's around 6" wide. The larger it is, the longer they can stay in it. Otherwise, 15 in that small sized one I don't think will last too long.

I believe we'll only end up having 8 in this unless Betty rejects her 7 babies that she's sitting on outside. (if they all hatch anyways) 15 is the max IF every egg being sat on/incubated hatches and they all get rejected due to Betty being a new/first time mama lol. I've read mixed reviews about Leghorns being good first time moms, so it has me a little wary.
