Would this work as a run?

I am looking to update my run/make it more predator proof and I wondered if something like this would work:

It's wire panels that could be used to create the initial run (my chickens will still be free range part of the time), and I have a PVC pipe chicken wire "tractor" to put them over certain parts of my garden.
What do you think?
Also- how much square footage do you think it would give to my chickens?

That appears to be a good one too. It has a support post in the center of the panel. Lots of them have nothing but the corner post.

Do a search and I'm sure you will find a lot more. Denali put a coop/run that is really nice.
