For future reference everyone...the weak spot for a shark is their gills, eyes, and snout.

I want you all to be prepared, in case I need you to save me.

I have to say that I probably would, but I doubt I'd be successful. One of my 'strengths' is doing things without thinking about possible repercussions.

Which isn't normally a strength, but in this case it might be.

Snakes are something I never used to be afraid of, but as I get older I'm finding they are starting to creep me out a bit.

My brother asked me to get rid of a snake for him yesterday.... It was hanging out by the water faucet. "Uhhhhh, sorry, kid. You're on your own. Wait 'til Dad comes home.

" Now, if it was out there actually attacking my brother it would be a different story, but there's no way I'm gonna go tangle with a snake that's never done nothing bad to me!

Dad can deal with it.

I used to catch them out of the chicken coop growing up. Grab them right behind the head, and throw them in a pillow case and you're good.




Today? I don't think I could do it. If it was a danger, sure...but just to get it out of the way? Nuh uh. I'm getting timid in my old age.
