That's not something I would do as a chicken owner from either end.
How do you know how they take care of the hens? How do you know they would actually give you back ANY of your hens? They could eat them all the first week, keep collecting feed money from you and when you went to get them go "Whut hens?"

I wouldn't want to take in someone else's hens, hassle with quarantine or health issues, and then give them back. It would be so much easier to get my own chickens if I wanted to.
