Yeah... I, personally, wouldn't ever trust a murder completely. After all, they murdered once, or multiple times -- what's to stop them from starting again?
I'd probably try to get the police in there.

This is a really tough one! If you keep all the roosters together, then they'll all fight and possibly kill each other. You could keep only one rooster at a time. But, you won't get any eggs, which of course would be terrible.
If you keep only one breed, then you could have roosters and hens. I guess it would depend on the breed of chicken though. Maybe if the breed is an Easter egger, then you would have a bunch of breeds mixed into one chicken, plus they would all look different.

I think I would go with keeping only one breed, and that breed would be Easter Eggers.
