Wound heal time?

I have two hens that got their backs racked up by my rooster and one got down close to the muscle. I have seperated them from the flock and have cleaned them out. I was wondering how long until the wounds are healed?

Depends on how deep they are and if they get infected or not.

Its about a half an inch deep and will peroxide keep it from getting infected?

I dont know. Ive never had to use anything like that on chickens.

So should I just keep an eye on them and keep the wounds clean? I am just wondering how long until I can put them back with the flock.

At least two weeks. Yes just keep it clean.
