We've been having problems for the last few months with our two guinea roosters. The bigger one is a big pain in all of our butts but he protects everything, including the 64 chickens. The smaller one has lost almost all the feathers between his wings. Recently we resorted to spraying blu-kote on a few spots on the skin. As of today, we can see the muscle. We resprayed blu-kote after seeing this. I'm wondering if the problem could be flystrike but I have no idea. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Usually with fly strike you see eggs/maggots. I would cover the area with a petroleum jelly based antibiotic ointment. It will help in several ways. It will smother any potential eggs, it will help prevent infection and it will keep the area from drying out and slowing the healing process. If there's a place you can separate that is sheltered from flies ( shed, garage etc) I would set up a recovery cage and give a few days to see how things develop. You may want to consider clipping some feathers back to help see progress or infection.
ETA: zooming in on the pic. Those may be fly eggs.(white specks) hard to tell. A good cleaning with saline solution and betadine would be good.
