WOW! It sure is $$$ for chicks to be shipped from MPC!!!!

Are they all that $$? I honestly was planning on driving to Lebanon, Mo. to just pick mine up . . .its $35 to have them shipped. I can drive there and back for $15.

I thought MPC was a drop shipper. You can't pick up eggs from them.

Yes, that is for sure. Because I can afford a few more chicks as opposed to sinking it all in shipping, and I can't afford that anyway. I was just shocked when I saw that!!!! And the post office is in trouble????

If you can drive to Cackle, you can get some chicks and save the aggravation of incubating in case the power goes out.
