Last few days have been pretty hectic here but got a few pics today. I got Ravens nest box moved to the floor. Had to reconfigure the nest boxes...again to accommodate her cage height

.

Finally got Mommas door built on the right.

And a pic of the 'The Hateful Eight' next door.

And yes I'll be overcrowded soon ..a quick move of the man door, and opening up the brooder coop will gain me over all a 15 x 7 coop for 105 SQ ft. and fit 26 birds.

At 4 days old I moved them out to their new brooder coop which is adjacent to the Marans coop in the Pole Barn.
This was slightly nerve racking being my first time moving babies out that young in Michigan winter but worked flawlessly in the end.

These 2 pics are of Kong and the girls checking out the brooder coop while I was doing final prep for the babies arrival (for reference) The paneling above the door and to the right in last pic is temporary covering hardware cloth to keep heat in.

Got a few pics from Joannie's nest, she hatched 1 more today. But only the 3 are coming out to say hi. All of these she's sitting on are her daughter Angel's eggs. So these are all grandbabies (F2s) and sired by Kong.

And a few from Momma who's sitting on Betty's eggs. I took these before Joannie's pics and since installed a light to catch both nests so lighting will be better now. Again, sired by Kong, but these are F1's

I need some boys from these. Betty is suppose to fix his over colored chest. The 3 I got that are 7 weeks are pullets.
